Morning Bloggers. Not a lot today, made a nice card for Peters friend at work, her sister is going to be 50 and wanted a black and white card, you think thats easy until you start. I started this way that way Oh my what a headache cut different types of flowers, then got some already made ones. Well this is what I ended up with. Made with Craftwork cards glitz and glamour paper. Circle Message. Take a look at the top left side flower, you know those little polymer clay moulds that my granddaughter made for me last week its one of them with Tim Holts glitter stickles all over it called - wait for it -Tiara how cool is that. Its an easel card, I'm still not good at taking photos so excuse. The little sister cutout is from Sizzix, the large flower is part of Tim Holtz flower die. He sure does get about. Well this is my desk after :-
I have been looking after my two daughters dogs this week, the little one is a Pomeranian who is a little jealous of the big one who is a Rottweilla who is a bit soft and believe me I don't like big dogs but she has changed my mind what a lovely dog. They have taken most of my time up this week.
The Rottweilla is Zena and the
Pomeranian is Naughty Boo.
Thought you might like to see them, Boo had gone home but is back today and Darling Zena goes on Friday, must say she is moulting so much have to hoover and wash floors twice a day. Well thats enough for me so will end here and don't forget to pop over to the wonderful
Julia's blog to see what's going on with the rest of the WOYWW Bloggers. Hope your day is Joyful lots of Love Jo.xxx

ReplyDeleteI must admit, 'Snowy' is one of my favourite stamps and it took sooo long to hunt him down, no one had him in stock, in the end i tried ebay, but,he came all the way for the USA, cheaper than the secondhand one went for on ebay in the end! Great desk, I've just bought some Pinflare glue, sort of liking it, but not so ??? 'strong' as other glues for decoupage, I guess I should use more! have a great woyww!

This year they will definitely remember going. We plan to get there early and hope not to be in the queue to long, but even if we are it is definitely worth it !!!!

Those punches are lovely. I've never seen them before. Enjoyed the card, too. And your daughters' dogs are adorable. Sorry I'm late, but I have contracted a computer virus. It's still not fixed, but I had to make sure I wasn't infecting anyone.

Julie
Oooh what a fab B&W card - I've tried a couple of times to make one and they've always ended up in the 'recycling' pile, they're so hard to make but you did a great job!
ReplyDeleteBet you're missing cleaning up after your house guests ... if you're bored you can come and do mine!
I love how your card came out! And your dogs are so cute. Thanks for stopping by my blog.
ReplyDeleteI got my red ATG gun from framingsupplies.com. That is where I buy my refills too.
I've had my Slice for almost 2 years so it is an older one. I do enjoy using it a lot. I have to keep mine plugged in all the time though or after a 10 or so minutes it acts funny. But I have heard that just isn't me.
Love your card....enjoyed seeing your workspace and grandpuppies! You asked about the cat angel stamp. It is an old PSX stamp. I collected them for years and still see them on eBay. They were made so beautifully.
