Absent for years!

 Morning Bloggers,

Cannot believe I have not blogged for 6 years !!! A lot has happened in these last 4 years. 4 years ago I lost Peter my partner. 3 years ago I lost my darling mother. 2 years ago I lost my beautiful Westie Possil and then last September I lost my handsome chihuahua Coco I was devastated losing him as I’ve always had pets all my life and now have not got any 😭😭😭.

Well I am now going to start blogging again as it gives me purpose maybe blogging everyday or every few days .

I have joined a zoom class every month with Maxine Payne of Maxumum crafts - I absolutely love it, also joined her monthly card, Maxine lets her monthly members have first choice of her kits before she shows them on UTube, If you want to see Maxine she has a UTube on Wednesday and Sunday nights with her card making at 6pm.

Ive not been too well these past two weeks with Vertigo , let me tell you it not very nice I actually had it this bad 6 years ago!!!! . My doctor is lovely and has now given me exercises for my neck and I’m going to buy a soft neck brace to help as I think I’ve got a bit of arthritis in my neck, she’s sending me for physio. My hands have gone all gnarled 😂 but will still carry on with my card making.

Today is Tuesday and I make banana pancakes with lemon and honey for my son Edward, even myself 😋😂😂🤣🤣. I maybe make a card or two and will post tomorrow, so it gets me back into blogging .

I wish it would stop raining and get warmer so I can go into the garden, it needs a good tidy up and lots of cutting back.

Well bloggers I’ll leave you for now. Have a brilliant day.

Happy blogging

COLD IN EPSOM

Morning bloggers,
Very cold here in Epsom. I've not done a lot this week as I had my hair done and my daughter Rachel came over with our Grandson Jasper. It was so nice he wanted to stay at Nannies house.

Here are another couple of cards I have made:-

This is another Sue Wilson die. It has lots of features, Make up shoes and nice saying. The flowers are made from lace and the leaves are another Sue Wilson Die.

This card I made for my grand daughter. I did a smooshing background with Brusho's the Pom pom girl is I think stamping bella. The circular happy birthday is a MFT, with a shaker circle.

Well I do hope you like the above two cards.
Bye for now, wrap up warm. Big hugs everyone.

What another post so soon!

Good morning bloggers,
Very cold outside, but sunny.
My Brother and Brother-in-law were around this morning to fix a leak on my back room roof. Hopefully they have sealed it off. Wait for it to dry, then will paint it.

Got a few photos of cards I've done recently, my son helped me with the inserting of the photos as google was not letting me put them on before. So hopefully I can blog more.

This was a box card made for my Grandson.

This box card was made up from Karen Burnistons' dies of the Cat, Dog and of course foxy loxxy. The box was made from a Tattered lace die I've had forever lol. Sponged some distress inks on card then embossed with a star folder.  The hats and balloons are all Karen Burniston.

Tim Holtz Cats.

This card I made for my neighbour, who was 80  He loves cats. Embossed background. Coloured cats in comic and Sue Wilson Happy birthday die. Hope you like my two cards.

Hope you all have good day. Big Hugs, will be back soon Jo xxx

Again a bad blogger.

Good afternoon bloggers.

I cannot apologise enough. My life is so busy these days. I thought when you retired, it would be easier.  I was helping my eldest daughter Jo-Anne pack up her house as she has long last exchanged and completed Friday 31st August 2018. It's been a long road for Jojo and hopefully this is a good beginning for her.

My brother-in-law had to go to hospital regarding his lung as they have found a spot on it. - Well he had to have half of his lung taken away as they found a small cancerous growth. He has now recovered really well and hopefully cancer free. He really has a guardian angel looking after him!

I have been making cards for all the family, but as usual forget to post and take pictures.

My Mum was 90 in February 2018 went to a 5 star Hotel in Spain - had a glorious time. Did make her a beautiful card, but again didnt take a photo of it on its own, there is one or  two but with the other cards.. My brother was 65 in April, made him this card.

Front of Card. These stamps I have had for ages.

This is a Karen  Burniston Pop Up Card

Well bloggers, I shall end here for today. Do have a lovely day and enjoy. Bye for now. Jo. God Bless. xxx
Will put some more cards on tomorrow.

My poor little Possil

Good Morning all,

My poor little Westee Possil had to go to the Vets this morning. They think she has a torn ligament in her back leg. They are X raying  her now and hopefully it s not too bad £400.00 or operation £1500.00. Hope its the £400.00 because we are pensioners £1,500.00 is a lot of money to find.

Well I do have a couple of cards to show:- this one I made for my brother in law his birthday was New years eve.
Made with Craftstash dies.

This other one I made for one of Peter's friend for his 60th. Its using the Tonic large letters which I find useful..Also used the Karen Burniston Top hat and moustache. Celebrate I think is a MFT die.

Well I do hope you are all warm and tucked up wherever you are as its pretty cold in London and Scotland.
Keep well and safe.
God Bless
Big Hugs Jo.

HAPPY NEW YEAR

Morning all,

I am again late in posting. I cannot promise to post every day or even month  as I have a lot going on this year. On Wednesday is my daughter Jo-Annes birthday, made her a card which I can show as she doesn't blogg.
Its made up of Sue Wilson dies. I do like Sues dies they are so versatile.

Hope she likes it. Her favourite colour is green.

I did make some Christmas cards, a few I will show you. I think I made a total of 65 for friends and family and I was on time cannot believe it I had my mind set and they were done!

Here is a few to look at. These were for the friends and neighbours. Different dies.
This was a Sue Wilson die from 2016

This was a die from Sizzix from 2016

This was a die and embossing folder from Craftstash

This also was a die and embossing folder from Craftstash.

These dies are from Sue Wilson collection 2017 my favourite this was for family and really good friends as you can see a lot of work went into this.
This was a die from Sue Wilson 2017 and her  flowers from 2016

I have a lot of other cards to show which I did make last year for peoples birthdays etc.

Well Bloggers, I do hope you like some of my creations. I will try and post as soon as I can. Mums 90 next month and I really should be thinking what I'm going to do for a card. I did make her an Album when she was 80 but don't think she really was bothered. It took me months! So a nice card will have to be done and I will not feel so hurt is she discards it. lol.

Well if any of my friends do visit my blogg. I wish you all health and happiness for 2018.

Bye for now.
Jo. xxx
