Wedding Card

Good morning Bloggers,
I feel better today. Been up since 6.30 am this morning, cleaning the house from top to bottom. I might have told you already but I am selling my house which is a large 4 bedroom and there is only myself and Peter and my Gorgeous Son Edward living in this too big old house.
Edward went last night to his Cousins wedding and I made him a lovely card. I used some lovely card, sorry cannot remember where I got it from and covered it with glitter vellum which I have had for ages. Used the lovely Martha steward heart punches which I got from the Craftbarn they have some lovely punches - loads. I doubled them up and cut another two from pearlescent paper, punched two holes in the front and tied a lovely organza and silver edged ribbon to make a bow.
The inside is a lovely stamp from LOTV the lovely wedding couple. Used my copics to colour and also the Nesties. I used some more vellum for the back of the picture and added a lovely sentiment from Whiff of Joy on a nestie tag with the ribbon going through. As you can see a lot of stickles glitter has been added. On the dress I put some little pearl beads which again I got from the Craft barn.
Well dear friends, I am now going to make myself a well deserved fresh coffee.
Have a lovely weekend lot of love Jo xxx p.s. don't forget to comment I do read them and thank you. xx

  2. So beautiful Jo and I love your idea to have the image on the inside of the gatefold, a nice surprise when it's opened. I love your colouring, so delicate and perfect for a wedding. The glimmer and the vellum look gorgeous, I bet the couple loved their card. Love Chris xx
