Absent again. Got some fabulous news though.

Evening bloggers,
Where has the time gone again. I have been making cards but have not had time to blog them.
But I have some exciting news. My 2nd daughter Rachel after a long time has had a baby! A little boy
Jasper Born on the 9th August 2016. Isn't he a darling. The other bit of news is that my Grand daughter

Francesca got in to Chichester University to study Art and Drama.
This is the card I made for her. It looks a bit dark, but its the colours she likes. The owl is an old die from years ago. The stamps I'm afraid I cannot remember - have a senior moment. When I do I will let you all know lol .
Well bloggers, Hope you like my little bit of news. Weather is definately getting colder, put my heating on tonight. Lots of love and stay warm and safe. Hugs JO. xx

My Neice Michell's 40th Birthday

Morning Bloggers, another beautiful day, wonder how long it lasts. Fed up of this rain-are you. Where's our summer for goodness sake.
Here is a card that I made for my niece who is going to be 40 on Saturday - where has the time gone I say.
I made this card from Foundation card in Baby blue and Brilliant white, the embossing folder is a creative expressions rose. The words are from Sue Wilsons Birthday box. The Shoe handbag and glasses are from Tattered lace. Hope you like it.
Thanks for looking. Have a lovely day Jo.

One of my best friends card

Evening bloggers,
You cannot believe it, nor can I. Today I made a card for one of my dearest friends, we have known each other since Secondary school - a long long time ago now lol. I Started off with spellbinders shapes. Stamped with Phil Martin's stamp - I must write down the sets I use, forgive me but will do next time. I do know that I matted and layered it using Sue Wilson square pinpoint dies set A, these are so good to layer up. Ribbon and pearls from stash.

The weather has been on and off today rain & sunshine. I got bored and so I made a carrot and banana cake. Silly me did not have butter for the topping to go with icing sugar and cream cheese, will have to get some tomorrow. Cake looks and smells nice, daren't eat it before topping it.
Well here is my card. Hope you like it.

Have a good evening. Big Hugs JO. xxx

Starting over again!

Surprise!
I thought it's about time I blogged again. It's been a long Journey for me these past two years. I moved to Stoneleigh Epsom on 19th Decembet 2013 ! Yes a week before Christmas and downsized. Lost one of my beautiful cats the black one a week before to old age. I had so much to give away, dump at local waste and to top it all put a lot of stuff in storage!!! Well I was in a very large Victorian house and my basement was just full of craft stuff. If your still with me, I had a summer house built in the garden at the new house. It is absolutely stuffed with craft. I couldn't believe how much stuff I had hidden under my bed, spare bedroom and basement!
I now have to sort it out as I've just about enough room on the table to craft in the summer house, lol.

Well it's my Mums Birthday next Monday 22nd she will be 88 and the family are going to the Emperor in North Cheam.
Here is the card I made for Mum I mainly used Sue Wilson dies. Foundation card and ribbon from my stash.
Hope you like it. While I'm here have you seen Kay Carleys new stamps! they are wonderful I have bought both as you do lol. Kay has a class at Lingfield, unfortunately I cannot go as I have already got appointments that day, but hopefully can get to the next one she does. Well I'll end here God bless and have a good night. Jo. xxx
